All to often I hear the expression (really an excuse), "We'll, I have heart disease (diabetes, obesity, etc..) because my parents have it or had it." Or "it runs in the family". The central dogma that our genetics cause us to be healthy or unhealthy is about as accurate as saying "the skinny guy with heart disease that is high-strung has the same heart disease as the obese guy who has never worked out a day in their life."
Health comes down to taking care of the HEAD. Not your eyelashes, or the way you look, or your hairstyle but keeping your brain-body relationship functioning at 100%. Why is is exercise, food and a positive mind set so important to keeping you healthy?? Because your brain (HEAD) is a movement based-sensory organ. The brain is like a battery that needs recharging from the body to keep your body functioning at 100%. There are 2 types of stimuli the brain receives... Proprioception (good info) and Nociception (bad info). Your brain perceives 300 trillion bits of information at any given moment... you are conscious of only 50! Not, 50 billion, or 50 million, or 50,000 but 50! Exercise (movement), good diet/lifestyle (food) and thinking well cause Proprioception (good info) into the brain. Lack of those and a SUBLUXATED spine causes Nociception (bad info) into the brain.
If you put Garbage IN (thoughts, traumas, toxins "Subluxation" - nociception) then you'll get Garbage OUT (heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, obesity, aches, pains, headaches, allergies, asthma etc...)
The body always needs to have a good relationship with the head - physical health and spiritual health have the same Doctor.
