what to expect
1before your visit |
After requesting your initial visit to The Wellness Pointe, one of our team members will confirm your appointment via email. From there, you may download and complete your intake paperwork prior to your fist visit. Or, you may obtain the paperwork upon your visit.

2initial visit |
Your initial visit will give us the opportunity to orient you to our office, how it works, what to expect, and introduce you to our doctors. After reviewing your paperwork, the doctor will perform an exam, detailed assessment of your spine, and you'll receive your first adjustment.

3day two |
After your initial visit, the doctor would like you to return for follow-up (and adjustment) within 24-48 hours. From there, the doctor will recommend a plan moving forward with a goal to achieve wellness/maintenance visits to once, every 7-14 days. (If you purchased an adjustment card you'll be able to utilize it. If not, you can purchase one at this time. See below for fee schedule details.)

4selecting care |
During or after your initial visit, select and purchase between a single adjustment, 5-adjustment card, or 10-adjustment card (see our pay per adjustment fee schedule here).

5attend class |
Within two weeks (or as soon as possible) of your initial visit, watch our Foundations Class virtually here. Attendance to our Foundations Class offers you a second, individual- and family-wellness focused payment option.
