The most important thing in life is your health.

You can have everything you want in life but if you don't focus on getting your mind and body to it's peak performance, you'll always end up losing something.

It's easy to lose sight of what's important when we're constantly working or focused on other things - job, bills, vacation, family life, retirement, climbing the corporate ladder, etc... 

I'm going to be 39 this year and I feel younger and stronger than I did when I was in my 20's - more energy, more purpose, more LIFE!

I realized that owning and operating multiple businesses and taking care of hundreds of families each week would be impossible without my health... 

That's why I prioritize it. 

Growing up as a child with an 'incurable' disease that the medical system said would be a disability for my entire life and now having my health back motivates me to remind you: No matter how far gone you are, how many pills you're require to swallow and regardless of your diagnosis... there still is hope. 

I'm reminded every day as I watch people struggle with their health... "That could have been me..."

But... 

Someone decided not to give up on me... they told me the truth... health comes from within and I've never been without it. 

Thank God! Because if that chiropractor had not have told my mom about my spine + subluxation, I too, would still be on experimental prescription drugs, overweight, waking up in the middle of the night with the inability to breath, or worse yet... not waking up at all. 

I'm not saying I'm perfect- I'm not. There's still a lot of things I've got to work on. But I'm aware of those things and I'm taking the necessary steps towards a solution.

As hard as I work and as good as I feel, a lot of people are still surprised when I tell them I still get my spine checked every week by a chiropractor. This was (and is) the one thing that separated me from 'incurable' to cured and will continue to separate my health from the rest of the pack.

Health has allowed me to workout hard, breath normally, get decent sleep, it has allowed me to play college basketball, run marathons, go to work, grind harder, and most importantly have a family and be a dad to these chicks. 

I've learned that the best vitamin you can have on this planet is Vitamin D: Discipline.

Be obsessed with your health the same way you should be about your career, success, family, and religion. ​

Unfortunately, better health, better career, better work/family life, better relationship with the Creator is really something that most only dream about... 

I'm nothing special... just proof that you don't just have to dream about it.
