No doctor from this earth can cure any disease. Only God (or God's design - the human body) can. Most of us give credit where credit isn't due. We cut our finger, we put neosporin and a band aide on it and we give credit to jelly-goo and stretchy, sticky material. We get an upset stomach, swallow pepto bismol and give credit to the pink paint we just ingested. We get diagnosed with cancer, go through chemo-radiation therapy and claim the therapy "cured cancer". We have a bout of neck pain and headaches, get adjusted by a chiropractor and say, "you fixed my neck pain and headaches!" Doctors cannot heal or cure anything! If those things listed above (neosporin, pepto bismol, radiation, chemicals, your chiropractor, etc) can heal then prove it. Put some neosporin and a band aide over the nail hole in your tire and tell me what happens..... you're about to stop reading this because you think I'm being ridiculous. You're probably thinking, "your tire cannot heal because it's not alive". EXACTLY! LIFE is what heals the body! And in order for us to understand this very simple principle, we need to go back to where LIFE began... That's right - the "birds and the bees".
And when it looks like a "little blueberry" of IDENTICAL cells it SOMEHOW knows how to change, differentiate and form specialized cells with different functions. How does that happen after it started off from ONE CELL that divided into 2 identical cells, then 4, etc...? Shouldn't they all be the same? Shouldn't each cell have the SAME GENES (genetic make-up)?!? They do! So it's not a "genetic issue or problem".
So, on day 1, this little speck of life, no bigger than the size of a pencil tip... with no doctors around, no pediatricians, no one telling it what to do or how to do it, without drugs or intervention... somehow over 9 months time, this little speck of life can fully form a healthy human being! Amazing!
Do you think this intelligence that formed the baby in the mother's womb from the point of conception through birth just disappears after birth?? This baby that is 8 pounds and 20 inches long at birth is 180 pounds and 6 foot when they turn 30 years old and every other system in their body grows proportionately. How can that be if the same intelligence that formed the baby in the womb just "disappears" after birth? Oh, I know... by chance! And by luck! By the perfect concoction of drugs, intervention, well-baby check-ups and injections right?!? Certainly not! Do you think it's luck that there are two holes in your skin for your eyes to see? Do you think it's luck that the little blueberry looking collection of cells, received messages and then sent cells to your chest cavity to become your heart and started to beat with rhythm? Do you think it was luck that those heart cells didn't end up in your liver or in your intestines and cause problems? Do you think it was luck that ear cells ended up on each side of your head and specialized in hearing the outside world? Or was there some planning? How do the fingers know how long to grow? And why are they longer than your toes? This is what the chiropractor calls "Innate intelligence" or the "innate wisdom". (or if you want to be politically incorrect - God) And it's there from the time of conception, through birth and even after we are born. It doesn't leave our body until we die. HEALTH is when ALL 70-80 trillion cells of the body are doing their job perfectly at any given time. When cells start to dys-function, then sickness and Dis-ease happens in the body. The human body is designed to last forever (or if you want to be politically correct "80-120 years"). Our body is constantly creating NEW cells at the rate of 3 billion cells per second! Our red blood cells last approx. 120 days, our skin cells are constantly falling off and being replaced by new cells. Liver cells replace themselves every 6-7 months. We get a new body of cells approximately every 7 years, bones and all! But there is ONE system in the body that does not get replaced... and that's the Brain and the Spinal Cord. "Apparently" these cells have to last you all of your life. And now we know: 1. Brain and spinal cord are the FIRST organ to develop. 2. Brain and spinal cord are the "master control system of the body". 3. Brain and spinal cord have to last you your ENTIRE LIFE. (The brain or "Head" of the body is the FIRST and the LAST) So, do you think it's a good idea to take care of your Brain and Spinal Cord? That's all chiropractic is about! Maintaining your brain and spinal cord... because you only get ONE. The rest of the cells of your body regenerate, replicate and divide... you get trillions of them, but only one brain and spinal cord. Chiropractic is not about repairing old cells, It just wants to ensure that the new cells being made have a fighting chance to be born healthy throughout your lifetime! How do do people feel better after chiropractic care? How can it be that eczema gets better with chiropractic care? Or childhood illness subside? Behavioral changes are made? Immune systems get stronger and breathing gets better? With all the chiropractic testimonies, you'd be sure to think that chiropractic can CURE just about anything. But you are wrong! Chiropractic CANNOT and DOES NOT claim to cure or treat any disease, sickness or condition! If you are confused. Start at the top and read again.
